Alameda Corridor East (ACE) Program Management

As a member of the program management team, Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc. (WES) has performed GPS control surveys, aerial mapping, right-of-way parcel surveys, prepared over 800 legal descriptions and plat maps for full or partial takings, permanent easements and temporary construction easements over the last 17 years; and performed detailed field surveys for an ongoing construction program of 12 grade separations over and under heavy rail tracks, for over 35-miles. Forty street crossings over railroad tracks were surveyed, mapped and improved physically and/or with signalization for safety improvements. Project locations include:
